How to Send a Guitar

When you need to send a guitar, don't entrust your beloved instrument to any old carrier. We have been shipping guitars through our guitar delivery service, for over a quarter of a century, from Epiphone's, through to Yamaha's. We have made sending a guitar with us, as simple as possible.

A cardboard box must be used for the outer packaging due to COVID-19 handling restrictions.

We realised that most companies do not cover loss or damage when shipping guitars, so we arranged our own insurance to fully cover them in the event of any damage, or loss, up to a value of £3000. All we ask is that, before sending your guitar, that it is correctly packed and in a hard case.

Whether you have sold a guitar on eBay, or have purchased a new one, we have a wide range of guitar delivery options to suit your requirements and budget. We can also deliver and collect from gig venues, as well as offer Worldwide guitar delivery and collection.

From acoustic to electric, six string or twelve string, there is not a guitar that we cannot deliver.

We work in partnership with the most trusted names in the logistics industry, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS and DPD and whilst they may not be able to insure your guitar, we can. So rest assured, when sending a guitar with us, it is safe and secure.

A. You can send other items with your guitar, such as a stand, amplifier, speakers, or accessories.

A. Our insurance covers the shipping of any age of guitar.

Q. I have bought a guitar on eBay, can you collect it?
A. We can collect from any address, providing it is a full street address and not a PO Box / BFPO / AFPO address.

A. We can send your guitar for repair and return it to you once it is ready.
