This document consists of 3 pages, each of these pages should be printed out (printer required) and placed into an envelope and clearly marked 'Commercial Invoice' then attached to ONE of the parcels that you are shipping to the USA.
Customs information when sending to USA
As agreed in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, which was signed by President Barack Obama on February 24, the value of a shipment of items imported by one person on one day that can be imported duty-free and tax-free was boosted from $200.00 to $800.00 on March 10. The Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 featured a modification to the Tariff Act of 1930, which increased the de minimis exemption.
Shipments valued at $800.00 or less will be eligible for the de minimis exemption using the same procedures and limits as de minimis shipments valued at $200.00 or less.
