For over 30 years, Overland Express has assisted customers in sending parcels to Spain. While in 1992 we operated our own fleet of vehicles for domestic deliveries, today our focus has shifted to partnering with world-class courier services such as DHL Express and UPS.
Although Overland Express may sometimes reference the use of delivery trucks within our service descriptions, please note, that for overseas shipments - including Spain - express parcels are transported by air to ensure the fastest possible delivery times and the highest level of service.
Thanks to our purchasing power with these leading couriers, we secure their premium delivery services at rates often better than those available to the general public. We challenge you to find a more cost-effective UPS Express Saver parcel delivery service to Spain.
Our experience has shown that budget providers tend to match our prices but cannot compete on reliability or speed, with transit times often extending up to a week. In comparison, our UPS Express Saver air shipments arrive in Spain within 1 to 2 days. For reference, Royal Mail typically requires 4 to 6 days, and Evri quotes transit times of up to seven working days.
Due to COVID-19 handling requirements, all parcels sent to Spain must be packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes for their outer layer.
Our standard parcel delivery service includes £50 cover against loss or damage, with optional insurance available up to £20,000.00 (terms and exclusions apply). DHL Express and UPS shipments to Spain will be collected directly from your address, while UPS shipments also offer the flexibility of collection or drop-off at a local Access Point.
Since the UK's departure from the European Union, customs documentation requirements have become more complex. To ease this, our system automatically generates the necessary commercial invoice based on your booking details. We also maintain a list of common commodity codes to assist you; if your item is not listed, you may need to consult the Gov.uk website.
After booking, you will receive the commercial invoice via email. Please print all three pages, place them in an envelope clearly marked “commercial invoice”, and securely affix it to one of your parcels.

We believe that we offer the best prices for parcel shipping online. Don't be fooled by some of the prices offered by our competitors, as these will be sub-par budget services or lower standard services offered by premium brands.
It will literally take just a few minutes to complete a parcel delivery booking from start to finish. We've kept the number of pages that you are required to fill out to an absolute minimum with no sneaky upselling at the checkout.
When making a parcel delivery booking with Overland Express you will have a choice of either Express or Road, Express deliveries are usually dispatched by Air. Road services, whilst slower, are also significantly cheaper than Express.
All of the delivery services that are supplied by Overland Express regardless of the courier provider, can be tracked online, either by following the links on this site or going directly to the courier web-site and entering the tracking number.
At Overland Express we offer several specialist service for difficult to send items, which includes Paints, Perfumes, Liquids, Alloy Wheels, Tyres, Watches, Jewellery and expensive items such as Musical Instruments, computers and Cameras.
