Sending Parcels to Spain Post Brexit
Since the UK's departure from the EU, shipping to Spain requires a commercial invoice. We simplify this with an automated system that generates the invoice during booking. We also offer a selection of common commodity codes if your item isn't listed, you may need to consult the Gov.uk website.
Once you've booked, you'll receive a commercial invoice by email. Print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “Commercial Invoice”, and tape it securely to one of your parcels.

Once you complete the booking process, you will receive an email containing the commercial invoice, which you must print all three pages of and attach them to the exterior of one of the parcels that you are sending. It's best practice to place this document in an envelope and clearly write "commercial invoice" on it, then Sellotape it to the parcel.

Packing Advice for Shipping to Spain
When sending valuable or fragile items, we recommend double boxing:
1. Wrap the item in bubble wrap and place it in an inner box
2. Wrap that inner box again and place it inside a larger outer box, using packing peanuts for added protection.
Also, include a second copy of the shipping label inside the parcel. If the original label becomes detached, this allows the courier to identify the intended recipient.
While double boxing or using extra packaging material may slightly increase the parcel's volumetric size and cost, it's strongly recommended, especially if you're using our enhanced insurance cover. In the event of a claim, insurers will request proof that proper packaging precautions were taken.
