Although our service descriptions may mention delivery trucks, for overseas shipments, including Spain, your parcels travel by air to ensure quick transit times.
Because we operate with low business overheads, we can offer better prices on premium courier services than many competitors. Our purchasing power with DHL and UPS allows us to access their best rates, which means those savings go directly to you. We encourage you to compare our prices, you'll find it hard to beat our value for a reliable UPS Express Saver delivery to Spain.
From experience, budget courier options tend to cost similar amounts but often come with longer delivery times up to a week—and less reliability. Our UPS Express Saver air shipments typically arrive in Spain within 1 to 2 days. For context, Royal Mail takes 4 to 6 days, while Evri quotes up to seven working days.
Due to COVID-19 handling restrictions, all parcels sent to Spain must be packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Our standard service includes £50 cover for loss or damage, with additional insurance available up to £20,000.00 (terms apply). DHL Express parcels will be collected from your address, whilst UPS shipments can either be collected from your address or dropped off at local Access Points.
Since Brexit, customs paperwork is required for shipments to Spain. Our system simplifies this by generating the necessary commercial invoice during booking, based on your information. We also provide commodity codes for common items, or you can check the Gov.uk site for other codes.
After booking, you'll receive the commercial invoice by email. Print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “commercial invoice”, and securely attach it to your parcel.
Our service covers mainland Spain and local islands but excludes distant islands and overseas territories.

The process of booking a parcel delivery on this web-site could not be any easier, after submitting a few basic details, the quote will be instantly provided, you are then only two pages away from completion.
The majority of our international and domestic express parcel services will deliver from the very next working day. Usually ordering before 1100AM (UK) will allow the parcel to be collected from you the very same day.
Shipping updates can be provided multiple ways. SMS text messages will be sent to both sender's and recipient's (if requested), Likewise for email. The status and location of the parcel can be viewed online by using the tracking number.
We can offer delivery of expensive items such as watches, jewellery and collectables. What's more, we can also insure these items against loss, theft or in-transit damage for up to £20,000.00 (exclusions apply).
That's correct, we have a UK based call centre. We don't sub-contract out our customer support team to an overseas call centre, we keep everything in-house. Our team will take your calls and answer emails during working hours.
