Although our service descriptions may mention delivery trucks, for overseas shipments, including Spain, your parcels travel by air to ensure quick transit times.
Because we operate with low business overheads, we can offer better prices on premium courier services than many competitors. Our purchasing power with DHL and UPS allows us to access their best rates, which means those savings go directly to you. We encourage you to compare our prices, you'll find it hard to beat our value for a reliable UPS Express Saver delivery to Spain.
From experience, budget courier options tend to cost similar amounts but often come with longer delivery times up to a week—and less reliability. Our UPS Express Saver air shipments typically arrive in Spain within 1 to 2 days. For context, Royal Mail takes 4 to 6 days, while Evri quotes up to seven working days.
Due to COVID-19 handling restrictions, all parcels sent to Spain must be packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Our standard service includes £50 cover for loss or damage, with additional insurance available up to £20,000.00 (terms apply). DHL Express parcels will be collected from your address, whilst UPS shipments can either be collected from your address or dropped off at local Access Points.
Since Brexit, customs paperwork is required for shipments to Spain. Our system simplifies this by generating the necessary commercial invoice during booking, based on your information. We also provide commodity codes for common items, or you can check the Gov.uk site for other codes.
After booking, you'll receive the commercial invoice by email. Print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “commercial invoice”, and securely attach it to your parcel.
Our service covers mainland Spain and local islands but excludes distant islands and overseas territories.

In this highly competitive market, we strive to keep our costs down by not embarking on expensive advertising campaigns, which in turn allows us to offer the lowest parcel delivery costs to you.
Our Quote and Book tool will provide you with an instant price for your parcel delivery with no hidden extra charges, the price shown on screen is exactly what you pay (unless optional insurance is purchased).
We offer Express and Road delivery services from DHL, which will all collect directly from you. The courier services from UPS have the extra benefit of you being able to leave your parcels at their drop off shops.
Tracking information for all of our parcel delivery services are updated whenever there is a noteworthy event. Email and SMS notifications may also be sent to the sender and/or the recipient, service dependant.
Specifically for expensive items, we can provide enhanced goods in transit insurance up to £20,000.00 for just 2.00% of the declared value. £50.00 Insurance is provided as standard.
