Simple Post-Brexit Documentation
Due to post-Brexit regulations, parcels sent to Spain must now be accompanied by a commercial invoice. We've simplified this process:
•The invoice is automatically generated during the booking process
•We maintain a list of common commodity codes for ease of classification
•You'll receive all necessary paperwork via email
•Simply print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “Commercial Invoice”, and affix it to the parcel
Please Note: This service is valid for mainland Spain and nearby islands only — not applicable to Spanish overseas territories.
Packaging Advice - Critical for Insurance Validity
To ensure safe delivery and insurance compliance, we recommend:
•A sturdy cardboard box for all parcels
•Wrapping fragile or valuable items in bubble wrap
•Using a double-boxing method with cushioning such as foam or packing peanuts
•Including a duplicate shipping label inside the outer box
