From experience, budget courier options tend to cost similar amounts but often come with longer delivery times up to a week—and less reliability. Our UPS Express Saver air shipments typically arrive in Spain within 1 to 2 days. For context, Royal Mail takes 4 to 6 days, while Evri quotes up to seven working days.
Due to COVID-19 handling restrictions, all parcels sent to Spain must be packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Our standard service includes £50 cover for loss or damage, with additional insurance available up to £20,000.00 (terms apply). DHL Express parcels will be collected from your address, whilst UPS shipments can either be collected from your address or dropped off at local Access Points.
Since Brexit, customs paperwork is required for shipments to Spain. Our system simplifies this by generating the necessary commercial invoice during booking, based on your information. We also provide commodity codes for common items, or you can check the Gov.uk site for other codes.
After booking, you'll receive the commercial invoice by email. Print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “commercial invoice”, and securely attach it to your parcel.
Our service covers mainland Spain and local islands but excludes distant islands and overseas territories.
